Each home is manufactured in a controlled factory environment and delivered to the site with interior finishes, a fitted kitchen and all essential engineering systems in place. The process is clear, costs are easier to plan and the time from decision to living in your new home is significantly shorter.

Kalmes homes are delivered fully completed, including interior finishes, kitchen, sanitary equipment, lighting and heating systems. Once installed and connected to utilities, the house is ready for immediate everyday use.
